It was a great platform for our  students to be a part of this epic and performing with 513 artists with diverse 30 art forms.

Grade 9 & Grade 10 | 273 Students | 3rd to 5th June 2025

In today’s fast-paced world, the ability to stay energetic while maintaining inner peace is a skill every student aspires to develop. Over the course of three transformative days, 273 students from Grades 9 and 10 embraced this journey through the SAHAJ Samadhi Meditation Program — a simple yet profound technique shared by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Students experienced first-hand how meditation can ease the mind, reduce stress, overcome anxiety, and quiet overthinking. More importantly, they discovered a powerful tool to rejuvenate their minds and feel truly refreshed, focused, and full of life. Do read the experiences shared by our students in this post.

This enriching experience was made possible by the enthusiastic participation of our students and the wholehearted support of our parents. Together, we’ve taken a meaningful step towards nurturing emotionally resilient, balanced, and dynamic individuals.
