The installation depicted :-
The journey of an artist's mind!
•⁠  ⁠The Brain: Represents the artist's mind, a hub of creativity and emotions.
•⁠  ⁠Art Forms:
•⁠  ⁠Roller Coaster Tracks: The journey of the artist's mind, with its ups and downs, twists and turns, reflecting the ebbs and flows of creativity.
As the roller coaster moves:
•⁠  ⁠Climbing Up: Inspiration strikes, ideas flow, and the artist feels elated!
•⁠  ⁠Crests and Dips: Challenges arise, self-doubt creeps in, but the artist adapts and finds new ways to express.
This sculpture represents the artist’s brain as a space where creativity and logic coexist. The right brain sparks imagination, emotion, and visual thinking, while the left brain brings structure, technique, and problem-solving. Together, they transform ideas into art.
Interwoven roller coaster tracks symbolize the creative journey — its highs of inspiration and lows of doubt, twists of challenge and moments of discovery. Crafted from diverse art forms, the brain celebrates the complex, ever-evolving process of creation.
A tribute to the balance of emotion and discipline behind every work of installations were judged by two eminent artists:
Ms. Brinda Miller – A renowned artist and the Festival Director of the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival since its inception 26 years ago. She is widely celebrated for her paintings, which blend realism and abstraction across a variety of mediums.
Mr. Arzaan Khambatta – An architect by profession and a sculptor by passion, known for creating compelling artworks by repurposing scrap materials sourced from junkyards.
